Invite your team

Only the Admin (the person who created the workspace) can invite people.

1. Choose Settings, then the Organization tab.
2. Under Team Management, choose Invite User.
3. Enter their Email Address and choose their Role:
   • Facility Manager
   • Operations Assistant
   • Stakeholder (property owner)
4. Choose Create Invitation.

Nutshell emails the invitation. It is listed under Invitations as Pending until they accept. If the email cannot be sent, Nutshell shows you a link to copy and send yourself.

Give Facility Managers and Operations Assistants their properties

A Facility Manager or Operations Assistant sees no properties until you give them some. After they accept, choose Manage Properties next to their name and pick the properties they should see. Until you do, they see "No properties assigned yet". See Give someone access to properties.

You can suspend a person from the same list, and reactivate them later. The Admin cannot be suspended.

Roles for Site Officers and Maintenance Officers exist but cannot be invited yet, because their screens are not available.
